Studio Policies
New clients must fill out the new student form prior to classes. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the information or fill it out online›
Late Arrival Policy: If this is your first Bar Method class, please arrive 10 minutes early as there is no admittance for first-timers once class has started. Returning students may enter up to 10 minutes after the class has started. Latecomers must hang from the stall bar and lift their knees 50 times before joining the rest of the class.
Drinks: Please do not bring glass or uncapped drinks into the exercise studios. Plastic water bottles with caps are allowed. Water only - no colored or sugary liquids please.
Attire: Please wear exercise pants to the knee or below (compression shorts are required if pants are loose fitting), tops that cover the midriff and socks that cover the entire foot.
Cell Phones: Please do not bring cell phones into the exercise rooms.
Gum: Please do not chew gum in the studio.
Refunds: Refunds will only be given within ten days of purchase.
Expirations: Class packages expire one year after purchase. Unlimited courses expire 30 days after activation.

Pregnant Students:
- Existing clients only - please bring us a note from your doctor permitting you to exercise.
- Please
inform your teacher that you are pregnant
so appropriate modifications may be given.
- Refer to “Moms to be” for detailed information.
- Pregnant
clients may take the first half of class for
half price.
- No first-time pregnant students.
Facililties: Unisex lockers and dressing rooms are available. |
