Reservations
Online reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance and up to one hour before the class begins. Please remember to cancel your name from class at least one hour before if you cannot attend. You will be charged for any classes reserved but not attended (clients with unlimited packages will lose one day for each no-show).
In order to reserve online, a positive account is required. Please initial next to your name on the sign-in list when you arrive so we know you are present. Online reservations will be cut off 60 minutes prior to class time.
Setting up your username and password if you are already an existing client: In order to preserve your visit and purchase history, please be sure to link to your existing account. Follow these steps to avoid creating a "new" (duplicate) account:

- Enter your first and last name under "Is this your first time?"
- Select "New Users: Sign Up!"
- Select your name next to "This is me!"
- Enter your username and password
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel online up to 60 minutes before class. You will be charged for no-shows and late cancels (clients with unlimited packages will lose 1 day for each no-show or late cancel). No exceptions.
Refunds: will be given
only in the first 10 days of class purchases
(less the cost of any classes taken).
Wait List Policy: Classes may fill up, but spaces open up regularly due to peoples' unpredictable schedules. If the class you wish to attend is full you may now add yourself to the Wait List. As soon as a spot opens up in class, the first person on the Wait List will be automatically bumped into class and an email notification will be sent out.
If you enter your name on the Wait List, it is your responsibility to check your status within 1 hour of class (once the cancellation window is closed). In the rare event you have the opportunity to be bumped within 1 hour of class (due to a late cancellation), we will attempt to call you as well as send you an email notification.
If you get into class from the Wait List you will be charged for class unless you cancel your reservation at least one hour prior to class time. If you get into class from the Wait List and are already scheduled for another class, you will need to cancel one of your reservation online; if you do not cancel, you will be charged for class.
Overflow Classes: When possible, we will provide an additional teacher for an OVERFLOW if total reservations (including the Wait List) exceed our maximum. Clients may register for the regularly scheduled class or for the Overflow class. If there is no need for overflow, all clients will be combined into one class and the teacher may be either teacher scheduled for that time.
